Ryan Darcy

Ryan Darcy began his career as a Financial Analyst with Stratus in 2017 and has been promoted up to the Controller role over the coming years. Since joining Stratus (formerly ICON), the company has rapidly grown 300% in revenue over the last 5 years through organic and M&A growth. He is responsible for managing the month close process, preparing the annual budget, leading the year-end audit, integrating merger & acquisition financials, and other core accounting & finance responsibilities.

Other core values Ryan strives to bring to the accounting team are team development, process improvements/efficiencies, strengthening financial integrity with improved controls, as well as find new ways to share financial acumen with others in the organization. Ryan joined the CFO Mastermind Group in 2023 and is eager to partner with finance experts in an effort to continue to learn and develop during his career.
